Website Exclusives

These exclusives are unlisted YouTube videos accessible by this website only. I appreciate those of you who are willing to read before watching! You can still comment and share and all that good stuff!

Why "unlisted videos"? These are videos that were seasonal, or may not fit my typical format. Some are videos that require a bit of a deeper explination, personal to me. Much love to you all <3

Whats going on in the Autism YouTube Community?

This video was published on my main channel, but it was only up for a little while. Why you might ask? Well... I guess you'll just have to watch it to find out.

Ready for me to spill the tea?

I'll love you forever

In my 03/20/24 live I busted out my violin and played four aweful chords. Apologies for the assault to your ears.

However, in that live I said that if I found the video of me playing "I'll love you forever" that I would post it.

I'm putting it here instead of my main channel for three reasons.

#1: The audio of my violin in this video is awful. Sorry for the second assault to your ears... I'm no professional you guys. I wanted to respect the fact that many of us have sensory issues with bad or out of tune audio. Because of that, and knowing who my audience is, it definitely DOES NOT belong on my main channel.

#2: More importantly... this video involved an accompanying story that many of you wouldn't have read had I posted it on my main channel. and...

#3: Because this shit if F***ing sad...

I'll love you forever is written by Robert Munsch. TLDR: It begins with a mother singing a song to her baby boy... then he grows up, has his own baby, and sings it to his newborn as well. Eventually, his mother grows old and grey... The grown son picks her up in his arms and sings the same song to her that she sang to him decades ago.

The reason behind the book is a tear jerker that I won't include here. If you want to look it up, you know how to Google. I read this book to my mother while she was in hospice... and there wasn't a dry eye in the room. The first day we transferred her there from the hospital she commented on the beautiful birds perched on a tree outside her window. She hadn't been that lucid in a while.

My mom passed away in 2017 and I made this video in 2020.

The beauty of the song that is repeated throughout this book is that there is no offical tune. The author literally says "The way I sing it in the story is just MY version. You are supposed to make up your own".

And I did always sing a tune to it - one that, not too dissimilar from the mandella effect, was one that I thought always existed. I didn't even realize I had made up that tune to go with the song I just somehow thought that's really how it was. I swore I remembered hearing it somewhere... but no, it was manufactured in my head.

This violin tune is my minds creation of the tune for the "I'll love you forever" song

“I’ll love you forever,
I’ll like you for always,
as long as I’m living
my baby you’ll be.”
